Personality:
Mello is very shy and has a "whatever" attitude most of the time. Due to his history, he tries his hardest not to become close to anyone, but sometimes Mello's tactic fails. He is quiet and introverted, and prefers to keep his conversations as short as he can. This is only his outer layer, he can become a very different wolf in you get to know him. He can come off as aloof.
Mello is slow to befriend strangers and prefers to let others speak to him first. He finds it hard to make friends, and he can be selective about those he wants to get to know better. However, at first he will seem very well-mannered and polite in most cases in order to shield his true self. This is how he usually is. If someone sparks his interest, he will at first hide it, but he soon will dedicate himself to that induvidual. He tends to lean towards those he finds "different", have some of their own emotional scars, are generally friendly, and accept him for who he is.
Around those Mello genuinely cares for, he is very, very loyal. He will go out of his way to make sure someone close to him is alright, and sometimes Mello can be a bit over protective. This male is not aggressive, but he can become so when a close friend is threatened. Mello will openly share his feelings with his closest friends, but only if they genuinely want to know; for the most part he hides his pain. He can be humorous, kind, calm, and sometimes even a little bit playful with his friends or in "good" situations. When insulted by a friend, even in a joking sort of way, Mello can become offended, but he will keep it to himself. He is very flexible around different people and can bend the way he is to fit being with them. Once you become close to Mello, he is a good friend. He is not one to be judgmental.
He suffers from a fierce anxiety and other emotional issues due to things that have happened to him in the past. Mello has learned to hide his emotions from others and prefers to let them out when he is out of sight. He is a pessimist and a realist, he doesn't allow himself to have any hope or foolish optimism. Mello thinks this tactic will help him achieve less pain when it comes around.
Mello is not aggressive, but when he fights for the pack he does so because he feels like he is doing something to help. He also isn't angered that easily, and he prefers to keep the fighting to an absolute bare minimum (due to both his dislike of arguing and since he isn't very strong).
Mello can be stubborn, lazy, moody, scatterbrained, irrational, and tends to act on impulse. He also dislikes being touched and will react aggressively.
Voice:
Mello has a voice that sounds much like a teenager, yet deeper and smoother. Regular US English accent.
Strengths:
Mello has a lightweight and skinny build, with some muscle definition. This makes him fast, agile, and a good runner.
Weaknesses:
He is not very strong and prefers to stay away from conflict against others. Mello also has a very strong fear of water and swimming due to a bad experience as a puppy.

Mello, being anxious and paranoid at times, may pull some of his fur out.

History:
• Born into a litter of two, him being the smaller and weaker puppy, wasn't taken care of properly and constantly bullied by his brother. Llry, his brother, was the favorite and recieved constant care from both his mother and father. His father trained him lots, and Mello's brother practiced what he learned on Mello. Mello grew to rely on flight rather than fight.
• His mother had fallen sick and soon died afterwards. Their father didn't bother to look after them and Mello's brother left. Mello, however, stayed. He didn't go out for food, so he was starving, but when he was found by a brown colored she-wolf named Kiowa. Mello learned that Kiowa had lost her son to a snowstorm. She took him in as her own and Mello was happy with someone who cared. Kiowa taught him how to hunt and defend himself, but he took to hunting the best.
• At one year into his life, Kiowa went on a hunting trip by herself, leaving Mello at the den. She didn't return, so Mello decided to wait. After two days, Mello searched for her and found that her skull had been crushed by the hoof of a moose. Losing one of the only people he cared for, he focused on following his head rather than his heart.
• Lone wolf for some time, wandering around with no real purpose. Got in a few fights with other loners, him usually being the one beaten in skirmishes and came out bleeding.
• Mello then stumbled upon a kind-hearted she-wolf about his age called Never. He tried to get rid of her so he wouldn't get attached, but this didn't work so he gave in and became very close to her. The two traveled on with no real destination in mind.
• A human attempted to capture them and in order to escape they had to split up. Mello could not find Never after the encounter and started wandering around once more.
• He then stumbled upon the Half Moon Folly and made the decision to stay.

Fur:
Mello's fur is longer on the neck and tail, but the fur grows shorter elsewhere. During the winter his fur may thicken slightly, but not much. Overall he has a fairly well groomed pelt, although in some areas fur is missing.
Eye Colour:
Due to sectoral heterochromia in his eyes, one of his eyes is solid steel blue, and the other is the same blue but with a copper color at the bottom.
Build:
Mello is lightweight and skinny but with some muscle definition.

He has bad scarring along his left hind leg, that is all.
